- managing projects ensuring that your timeline, budget and resources are delivering for your client.
- delivering meaningful communication and engagement activity to help our clients deliver infrastructure projects around the UK by drafting and delivering effective stakeholder engagement strategies
- giving people opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback through publishing communications, organising events and running surveys
- helping communities and stakeholders understand projects and how it may impact them by writing easy to understand communications and managing design and print processes
- supporting clients based around the UK and internationally by providing communication and engagement advice and activities such as developing virtual consultation rooms, posters, banners and public facing maps as well as community engagement events
- presenting feedback to help projects develop in a responsible way by understanding and interpreting data and presenting themes and key issues and managing the reporting process
- collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective communication and engagement activity

- Excellent communication skills including writing of engagement strategies and reports.
- Membership of relevant professional or trade body is desirable.
- Proven experience of effectively managing and building stakeholder relationships
- Well-ordered, structured approach to delivery of tasks, and flexible with ability to adapt within demanding and fast-changing environment.
- At least degree-qualified or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage a varied workload.
- Experience in the road, rail, utilities, water, environment or energy sectors.
- Demonstrated experience delivering communication and engagement activity on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
