Reviews architectural and furniture installation plans and shop drawings for content and accuracy and ensure that they are fully coordinated with all pertinent consultant drawings.
Works with the lead interior designer to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of a project.
Responsible for meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.
Participates in client meetings including interviews, visioning sessions, information gathering, and presentations.
Senior technical leader responsible for code compliance and technical oversight.
Leads the technical coordination among consultants (MEP, AV, and Life Safety) as it relates to the interior design scope.
Participates in activities related to construction administration, including shop drawings, field observations, response to RFI’s, and punchlist.
Develops design presentations including rendered plans, elevations and 3D views.
Supports business development efforts within the corporate real estate community, helping to cultivate relationships and promote the PE brand to generate new project opportunities.
Attends site meetings with owner, consultants, and contractor inclusive of interior architecture and furniture installation, as necessary.
Works with team on graphics, documentation and coordination of interior elements, including selection and coordination of FF&E with furniture vendors.
Designs, directs, and mentors junior staff in the design and documentation of the interior workplace design.

Minimum of 10 to 12 years of related industry experience required.
Possesses interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong proficiency with computer-assisted design software in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Affinity Suite; MS Office; 3D software such as Enscape.
Possesses knowledge of building and ADA codes.
Strong communication, organization, time management skills and excellent graphic presentation skills.
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year CIDA accredited Interior Design program or equivalent or Architect
Workplace / Corporate Interiors K-12, and Hospitality experience required.
CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations, progress toward licensure (NCIDQ) are pluses
Ability to produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents for permit and bid.
