Part Time Weekend Concierge 11pm-7am

Description

• Reserve meeting rooms and ensure space is clean, A/V is in working order, and meeting materials are present.
• Create a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions.
• Meet, greet, and welcome homeowners, guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors to the facility.
• Reserve loading dock for move-ins and move outs.
• Receive, track, store, and distribute packages and mail.
• Data entry, manage email and correspondence.
• Walk and inspect areas for cleanliness.
• Perform various administrative tasks in support of facility's mission.
• Issue pool passes, parking passes, and key FOBs.
• Research and respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.

Requirements

• High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• 1+ years of directly related or closely related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Professional customer service skills.
