- Provide technical advice on Temporary Works, Lifting Operations, Asbestos, and local compliance requirements.
- Deliver SHE and Sustainability training to staff in line with requirements.
- Lead, advise, and support management teams, employees, and partners in achieving SHE goals.
- Prepare and present monthly/annual SHE reports and contribute to strategic reviews.
- Share best practice, lessons learned, and support the continuous improvement of SHEQ systems and culture.
- Monitor competencies of staff in collaboration with the Regional Training Coordinator, advising on training plans and managing the training budget.
- Represent the business in client and industry forums, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Report accurately and effectively on SHE performance and support tenders/PQQ submissions.
- Provide leadership and coordination to the business unit SHE function and team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental legislation, industry standards, and Morgan Sindall policies.

- NEBOSH Fire Prevention and Risk Management Certificate.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.

- Graduate IOSH or CMIOSH status.
- NEBOSH Diploma/ NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Safety & Health (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in Lifting Operations, Logistics, and managing sites in complex environments.
