Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision
Inspects work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications

Installation of equipment, plumbing and piping made of various materials

Work side by side with mechanics and helpers, provide guidance and demonstrate best practices to ensure job quality and customer satisfaction

Current or previous leadership experience as a Foreman working on commercial projects
Experience and demonstrated skills with Microsoft office and internet usage
In-depth experience and knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
Ability to direct crews to install work safely with quality and efficiency
Foresight and problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with information on hand
Possess knowledge of applicable code (i.e., International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code) and general HVAC systems
Knowledge of basic construction/shop math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
Ability to read and understand project related documents in the English language
Ability to communicate and deal effectively with teammates in other trades
Ability to install work from drawings, submittals and specifications
OSHA 10-hour certification and knowledge OSHA safety regulation
