Closets by Design is immediately hiring two qualified candidates for its Installer Development Program. New installers will work directly with a lead installer to learn the installation process of our product lines safely and with quality, ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn can progress quickly from helper to junior installer to lead installer.
Applicants must possess and maintain a current driver’s license with a good driving record. Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus, and basic math and good communication skills are required.
Construction or tool‑working experience can help candidates progress faster, but it is not required—training will be provided. There has never been a better time to join our company.
The position offers high entry‑level pay with fast‑track weekly bonus opportunities, and lead installers earn between $60,000 and $85,000 annually while working five days a week.
