To maintain safe working practices and adhere to quality control procedures at all times.
To carry out appropriate pre-delivery inspection and testing on finished control panels both on the shop floor and at customer premises in line with approved standards and customer requirements.
To accurately and efficiently build and wire control panels following electrical drawings and instructions within specified timescales.

Previous experience of interpreting electrical drawings and technical instructions.
Excellent communications skills, must be able to communicate at all levels.
Previous panel wiring/panel building experience essential. LV Switchgear, motor control principles and control panel design experience desirable.
Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. With the ability to flexibly and proactively manage changing priorities and work to tight timescales.
Able to work extended and/or unsocial hours to the full requirements of the role
Positive "can do" attitude. With good attention to detail.
