- Required to be on call for after-hours emergencies
- Documenting work performance and materials procurement as directed
- Conducting minor plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Completing special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned
- Performing general interior maintenance including HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.)
- Assisting the operations team in maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintaining lighting system bulbs and ballasts throughout assigned facilities
- Responding to after-hours emergency calls as required

- Ability to comply with both Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed Policies & Procedures
- Position requires frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
- Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening process
- Minimum of one (1) year applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience with HVAC/R systems and maintenance
- Experience with hazardous materials storage, usage and disposal procedures
- Valid state driver's license (must maintain throughout employment)
- Completion of applicable technical training program
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to use ladders up to 30 ft safely
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Familiarity with State, County, or City building codes, ordinances, and laws
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
