Evaluate RF audit data to determine design and macro network impact.
Provide Post implementation DAS maintenance and support.
Assist field engineers with optimization recommendations, troubleshooting and engineering support
Assist Engineering team with OEM and Wireless Service Provider innovation and solution trends.
Assist with design in building-cellular and Public safety systems utilizing predictive design tools such iBwave, PCTel, Wind Catcher and other benchmarking tools based on customer and wireless service provider requirements.

3+ years’ experience with iBwave software (certification is a plus).
5-7 years of RF engineering experience

Knowledge of radio wave propagation fundamentals, antenna theory, and optical transmission.
Leadership Development Training
Experience with Link Budgets for multiple technologies/frequencies, calculating noise levels, and calculating intermodulation products.
DAS OEM certifications preferred such as Corning, CommScope, SOLiD, ADRF, and/or JMA/TEKO
