- Assist with property valuations and local market research
- Assist with analysis and submission of annual property financial statements and rent rolls to Capital Markets lenders
- Collection of annual and quarterly property financial statements and rent rolls
- Data entry tasks where data needs to be entered into our systems
- Research and analyze variances in property occupancy, income and operating expenses
- Communication and follow up with borrowers
- Contribute to process improvement projects
- Assist with Property Inspection review and communications with staff, vendors and borrowers
