Preparation of monthly reports and coordination of site access requests
General administrative duties including filing, correspondence, purchase requisition, ordering of supplies

Ensure office supplies, equipment and stock levels are maintained

Intermediate to advanced use of the MS Office
Ability to form positive stakeholder relationships of all levels
First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers
Experience in mobilising personnel for Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital Projects (advantageous, though not essential)
