5–7 years of experience in localization engineering or related roles.
Working knowledge of MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, or equivalent documentation authoring tools.
Experience using Jira or similar Agile tools for managing localization or documentation tasks.
Familiarity with Unicode, encoding standards, and multi-language content integration.
