Front Desk Coordinator

Description

• Process patients' payments and create receipt batches for Finance.
• Make an excellent first impression for all incoming patients.
• Schedule a wide array of appointments for patients and anesthesia for the surgical center.
• Monitor and facilitate patient compliance and readiness for their initial visit.
• Check patients in and out for appointments and manage clinic-wide schedule.
• Utilize technology including Outlook, EMR systems, and payment platforms.

Requirements

• Hospitality experience preferred (spa, hotel, or retail).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using computers.
• Experience in a front desk role in a medical office is a plus but not required.
• Phlebotomy certification is beneficial.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree.
