Experience with or ability to quickly learn deed plotting software

Preferably based in Oregon; surrounding states considered for top candidates
Extensive title research experience in courthouse settings
Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation
Ability to interpret a wide variety of deeds, conveyance types, and probate matters
We’re hiring a Title Agent with deep expertise in courthouse records and land title history to support a large-scale solar development program. This is not an acquisition role with light title work. We need someone who lives and breathes title — someone who knows the courthouse inside and out and can navigate deed records from patent forward (and backward) without missing a beat.
