Promote a culture of Safety; Act as a safety advocate, ensuring that all employees understand the importance of projects and corporate safety and compliance.
Review and audit Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

Maintain Safety Records and Incident Reports
Perform and support additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the company to support safety objectives and operating goals.
Develop, monitor, and maintain the Corporate Safety Manual, Safety program and safety culture to align with FRA (Federal Railroad Administration) regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Prepare and submit reports such as inspection reports, audit reports, and incident reports to the leadership team and clients.
Perform inspections of construction sites and oversees inspections of other staff, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety policies, rules and regulations.
Identify elements affecting corporate and project safety.
