The Role

Overview

Oversee multiple conventional apartment communities, lead teams, and manage budgets.

-A high level of reporting to owners and executive teams on budgets, financial variances, forecasting, market analysis, and weekly pricing. -Collaborating with departments to meet property goals. -Hire, train, set goals and monitor staff performance.

What You Bring

-5+ years as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/ management experience. -Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. -A high level of comfort with speaking in groups, public forums or extemporaneously. -Knowledge of Microsoft suite. -State of CA Real Estate License preferred. Must be willing to obtain a license in 90 days of employment. -Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams or Zoom, experience required. -Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments. -To be successful in this role you must meet the following requirements: -Knowledge of property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Boston post, Gracehill, Revenue Management...etc.) preferred. -Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. -This position is contingent upon passing a background check, employment verification, and drug screening. -Acquisition and Disposition experience. -CONAM will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirement of the law. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Must meet reporting deadlines. -Real Page or Yardi Budget Template experience a plus. -Critical writing requirements include correct grammar, structure, punctuation, and word usage. -3 Party / Fee Management experience essential. -CPM designation is a plus but not required -Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric.
