Participate in the 24-hour on-call rota and intake weekends.
Deliver M&E maintenance, repairs, refurbishments and installations.
Prepare pressure vessels for inspection and complete repairs.
Operate, maintain and repair plant and equipment safely and compliantly.
Complete BMS management and routine plant room checks.
Maintain water systems, including temperature checks, flushing, TMV work, tank inspections, softeners, boosters, pumps, pressurisation units and ASHPs.
Support apprentices/assistants and follow all company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
Respond promptly to plant breakdowns and helpdesk requests.
Carry out HVAC maintenance, sprinkler checks, showerhead replacement, plumbing tasks and minor fabrication/welding work.

Previous supervision or mentoring experience.
Experience with BMS, HVAC, sprinkler systems and pressure vessels.
Recognised mechanical or electrical qualification/apprenticeship.
Train towards Authorised/Competent Person status and attend required courses.
Authorised/Competent Person training (or willingness to obtain).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of water systems and statutory compliance.
Ability to use relevant tools and workshop equipment.
Ability to carry out fault finding, planned and reactive maintenance independently.
Proven experience in mechanical and/or electrical building services maintenance.
