Engage with stakeholders to define elusive problem space, business value preposition and on the ideal ways of working for the success of the product
Collaborate with product lines in projects or research exchanges across Japan, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Romania, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
Participate in company-wide co-discovery efforts to identify gaps or opportunities in AI change management and digital tool adoption.
Support the kaizen and innovation projects; by nurturing human centered design, product thinking, UX; to collaborate in modelling the user experience of various business-to-business (B2B) systems and engineering solutions
Support and facilitate user research studies to uncover needs, pain points, support validation using various methods (E.g. user interviews, surveys, desk research, card sorting, usability testing, tree-testing, heuristic analysis)
Presenting UX/research outcomes to nurture business alignment and educate stakeholders on their impact to the development and product values
Supporting the UXUI/AI learning/training workstreams, both locally and regionally.
Drive co-creation and discovery of archetypes and research outcomes (service blue printing, user persona, user journey, experience maps, wireframes, etc.)
Contribute to company or customer joint workshop(s) with designing, planning, and of facilitation
Assist the team lead with digital Kaizen discovery and research workstreams at the company or regional level.
Advocate for AI tool adoption as a trainer or tool facilitator in workshops (e.g., Miro collaboration tool, Microsoft Copilot, and our products with ChatGPT LLM integration).
Contribute to the global design system, alpha style guides and liaise with the design system owners to ensure alignment with best practices
Design the system/tool UI with best practices and be proactive in validating them with primary/secondary research or ideally with proxy/end-users
Iterate designs based on workshop outcome, user test findings and well considered system thinking
Support joint/cross-functional solution development cycles as a UXUI or AI adoption domain expert in training.

Technological and coding knowledge (General level)
Professional, curious, humble, adaptive, collaborative, data-driven, bold (willing to challenge assumptions), and committed to in-house or on-site user/system research work.
Basic AI/ML understanding
Visual design, UX design, and prototyping experience using Figma or Adobe tools
Familiarity with the Scrum framework
Students who can commit to a minimum of 6–8 months full-time credit-bearing internships, with potential for extension, are preferred.
A people-first mantra is a must. This is a key attribute in UX and transformation work—essential for effectively articulating, facilitating, and communicating our ways of working, processes, concepts, and business values.
Prior User research, AI or non-AI Interface/product design experiences will be highly considered as a hiring advantage.
