The Facilities Executive will prioritize facility needs and work alongside the facilities manager and assistant manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations. This includes handling administrative functions, security issues, facility services, and continuously improving processes. The role also manages supplies, contracts, and ensures adequate stock for smooth operations.
Risk mitigation is a key part of the job, involving participation in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning. The executive monitors health and safety concerns, oversees the property budget, maintains petty cash, and ensures vendor invoice processes comply with standards.
Ideal candidates hold a degree in business or hotel/building management and have three to five years of facilities management experience. They possess strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and a client‑centric mindset, plus proven team‑leadership, improvement‑plan execution, and excellent communication and reporting skills.
