- 8+ years of overall marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting multiple sites.
- Experience in home services, multi-site businesses, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Experience managing partner relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Proficiency with marketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, results analysis, and strategic planning.
- In-depth digital marketing expertise (PPC, LSA, retargeting), either with an agency or in managing vendor relationships.
- Experience identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
