  • Assist in hydronic market development through customer identification, sales support, customer training and development, and sales team development
  • Make recommendations for effective branch inventory, stock levels, new product offerings, consolidation opportunities
  • Train branch personnel within assigned territory
  • Field Technical sales support by site walk-through, system analysis, application analysis, performance recommendations to meet customers’ requirements
  • Support Sales team and customers in system design, application, proposal generation, and presentations

  • Skilled in troubleshooting hydronic applications
  • Good presentation skills for group training and sales support. Must be a team player and have above-average communication skills
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, creativity, leadership, teamwork, professionalism, and a strong desire for continuous improvement are important for this position. Occasional overnight travel required
  • Strong knowledge of various hydronic systems, components, and control systems
  • Solid Computer skills. A demonstrated ability to quickly learn and work with Outlook, Excel, Eclipse operating system, Radiant Design software
  • Requires successful completion of an approved HVAC/R vocational curriculum and at least 3 years in the industry. The successful candidate must also have a track record of creating partnerships with internal and external customers
