You’ll be ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with client requirements and industry standards, working to ISO 19650 protocol and documentation. Support will be essential and training the design and technical teams, maintaining BIM standards and technology, and serving as the internal BIM champion for innovation in digital design workflows.
The suitable BIM Manager will be skilled in policy writing and drafting clear comprehensive documentation for the group. You will be capable of developing strategic frameworks and putting new systems or workflows into practice, whilst evaluating staff capabilities and future learning programmes and CPD to aid better BIM performance. As a BIM Manager, the role comes with expectations of presentation delivery to clients, stakeholders and senior executives to provide them an in-depth understanding of the digital design world and the practical application of this across the team. Suitable experience in AI and how this intertwines with BIM Workflows will be desirable.
