Key duties include supervising the total construction effort, planning and coordinating onsite functions such as scheduling, equipment use and material handling, training employees on safe work practices, reviewing and submitting administrative records, interpreting drawings, and ensuring compliance with project procedures and company policies.
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews and subcontractors. Reporting to the Superintendent, the Foreman ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while promoting high‑quality workmanship, safety, and team morale.
Applicants must have at least two years of excavation supervision experience, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn HCSS software and Microsoft Project. The role requires a detail‑oriented, organized, self‑driven individual who can work long hours in varying conditions and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and driving‑record requirements.
