  • Some on site installation and dismantle works will make up part of the job role, this includes erecting or dismantling of staircases and link units
  • The role will require filling out any necessary paperwork and advising customers if call-outs are chargeable, which you would receive the necessary training
  • Duties can range from maintaining our range of Cabin, Modular and welfare fleet mechanically and electrically to fixing plumbing in canteens and toilet blocks to replacing door handles, all aspects of joinery work including replacing wall and ceiling boards, fitting and easing of internal doors, partition walls and roof repairs.
  • Multiple visits will need to be carried out within a day so “fix it first time” approach is necessary for the successful candidate.

  • Full driving licence
  • Experience in site accommodation hire, installation and maintenance would be extremely beneficial to this role.
  • Experience in cabin fitting would be a distinct advantage
  • Must be self motivated with good DIY skillls and the ability to work in a team or on own initiative
  • Experience in a similar role
  • The ideal candidate will be adaptable and organised with a keen attitude
  • Skills in plumbing, joinery and electrics (would suit a handyman/woman)
  • This is a client facing role, so a helpful and professional individual is required. This position would suit an all-rounder who can turn their hand to most jobs
  • Presentable with an excellent customer service attitude
