Lease Comp Quality Control Analyst
Costar Group
Provides commercial real estate data, analytics, and marketing services.
Audit lease comps for accuracy, ensure data quality, train analysts, and improve QA processes.
Cross-reference lease abstract details with original lease documents and other supporting materials to ensure correct interpretation and data entry.
Assist in identifying and refining quality assurance processes, tools, and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders as needed to determine best practices for capturing data for edge cases and ambiguities in lease language.
Maintain privacy and discretion with all lease data.
Provide constructive feedback to analysts to promote continued learning and professional development
Audit lease comps abstracted by the Lease Comp Research Associates to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Lease Comp Auditor and Lease Comp Managers to create and enhance training processes and professional development initiatives.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree with coursework or experience in commercial real estate, finance, economics, construction or contracts.
A proven track record of commitment to prior employers.
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics or accounting.
Demonstrated success in mentoring or training team members, with a strong commitment to knowledge sharing and contributing to professional development initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
