Perform quality checks to ensure that fixtures are properly assembled, stable, and secure. Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including fixture assembly instructions, installation schedules, and any issues encountered during installations.
Resetting shelving elevations and installing new shelves or small displays onto gondolas
Installing shelf accessories like dividers, wire baskets, clips, and such
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and any on-site changes.
Responsible for reset activity, shelf conditions, the tear down/rebuild, and schematics/Plan-o-gram completion.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to complete fixture installations.

Previous experience in fixture installation, construction, carpentry, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and precision in assembling and installing fixtures.
Must have store set up experience directly with a retailer or fixture install company.
Must be comfortable sharing a hotel room with a colleague during travel.

Be willing to travel to various client locations, which may require overnight stays, as projects demand.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Stamina to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Have the ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
A smartphone is needed in good working condition with handsfree capability.
Willingness to travel to various client locations as projects demand, which may require overnight stays and may require travel by airplane.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing or unforeseen project requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable sharing a rental car with a colleague during travel.
Have the ability to lift and/or pull, push 50 lbs. without assistance.
Must have knowledge of store fixtures & installation – metal fixtures / gondola – light and heavy duty / type or brand of racking (Lozier or Ready Rack etc.) / some millwork or floor fixtures / perimeter wall fixturing / signage installation.
Must be tech savvy with ability to use a smart phone, tablet, laptop, or any other required device needed for project updates and completions.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in carpentry, construction, or a related field is a plus.
