The ideal candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least two years of undergraduate study completed. They should be proactive, detail‑oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred attributes include experience with Power BI, strong analytical abilities, and a basic understanding of AI.

- Previous co‑op or internship experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis knowledge or exposure

- Basic understanding of AI is a plus
