The Project Support Officer provides administrative and coordination support to project teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects by managing documentation, schedules, reporting, and compliance with governance standards. This non‑technical role focuses on organizational, communication, and process support.
In the role, you will assist in planning and tracking project activities, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare regular status reports. You will also ensure adherence to organizational policies and project governance, facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, and provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the teams.
We are looking for candidates with strong organizational and time‑management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in the MS Office suite. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is required, with prior experience in project coordination or administrative support preferred. Key attributes include a proactive, adaptable mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
