Lead daily operations and maintenance for a high-rise residential property.
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and system performance.
Oversee and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fan coil units, chillers, boilers, pumps, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

Proven experience as a Building Engineer or similar role
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
2+ years of building maintenance experience; high-rise or large multifamily property experience preferred.
Strong background in HVAC systems, particularly fan coil units, chillers, and boilers.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
