Pool Construction Experience

Demonstrate strong customer service skills and establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships.
Tolerance for noisy and dusty environments, with the ability to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Read and understand rebar drawings and placement.
Stamina to work long hours, including potential overtime, to meet project deadlines.
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
