The internship supports the team lead on environmental site assessment (ESA) projects, working alongside experienced consultants on field sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, and other media. Interns will assist with site inspections, environmental audits, and the development of safety and health risk assessments for contaminated sites, as well as contribute to technical reporting, figure preparation, and presentation slide creation. Daily interaction with young, dynamic, and seasoned environmental consulting professionals provides valuable industry exposure.
Candidates must be full‑time undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, or a related field. Basic knowledge of site assessment and remediation processes, familiarity with environmental regulations, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work outdoors and travel to field sites are required. The internship must align with academic credit or graduation requirements.
