Manage the delivery of the efficiency programme on behalf Edinburgh DU,
Manage project budgets within agreed targets.
Managing the delivery of performance improvement projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
Creation of funding requests and investment papers for performance improvement projects.
Manage the development and delivery of projects in compliance with company processes and procedures
Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional teams to deliver projects, where appropriate.
Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods
Deliver regular progress reports on projects, including relevant risks and issues, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors
Manage the production of project management plans for projects.
Agree remit and success criteria of projects with the relevant Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
