Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with contract plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Support schedule reviews, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates as requested.
Prepare daily inspection reports, weekly progress summaries, and maintain photographic documentation.
Serve as the on-site liaison for NPS and FHWA Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division.
Maintain an active deficiency/punch list and assist with project closeout documentation.
Attend and document progress meetings; provide agendas and minutes.
Review submittals, RFIs, and assist the COR with technical recommendations and correspondence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Teams.
OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification required.
Familiarity with FHWA specifications, reinforced soil slope (RSS) practices, and paving standards.
Experienced and proficient in ProjectTeam Construction Management Software.
Proficient in P6 scheduling and how to review schedules for anomalies.
Ability to chair weekly meetings.
Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
Government contracting experience. (Preferred).
5+ years of roadway or infrastructure construction management experience.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
