Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review construction documents and define project scopes.
Identify and propose value engineering solutions that optimize cost and performance.
Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC, sheet metal ductwork, plumbing, and piping systems using industry-standard software.
Support conceptual estimating efforts to inform early-stage project budgeting.
Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate and competitive pricing.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and support sales teams with technical presentations
