The Project Coordinator reports to the Manager, Project Controls and will facilitate communication with key stakeholders, maintain project documentation, create requisitions and purchase orders, process invoices, and enforce governance using project‑management software.
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in business administration, have at least five years of relevant experience, and ideally possess a project‑management certification. Strong knowledge of project‑control software (Oracle, PMWeb, SharePoint) and the MS Office suite, analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication are required. The role demands independent prioritisation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
