The Office Engineer will organize and maintain all project documentation within the Project Management System, ensuring seamless access for clients, agencies, and contractors. They will coordinate progress meetings, record minutes, and manage distribution of submittals, RFIs, correspondence, daily and weekly reports, safety reports, photographs, and other project records.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college is required, with any technical degree considered a plus. Experience with Amtrak, NJ Transit, or other railroad projects, as well as OSHA certifications, are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures, strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to maintain field and office records, perform quantity calculations, collaborate effectively, and possess the physical ability to navigate construction sites safely.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, with final compensation based on the candidate’s qualifications and location. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
