Preparing subcontractor bid packages and bid tabulation
Closely manage subcontractors to control cost variances
Build and maintain relationships with agencies and subcontractors
Assist with construction schedule creation and maintenance
On-time delivery of homes sites and including utilities, roads, landscaping and amenities
Project coordination with agencies and utility providers
Manage onsite safety and adherence to all OSHA standards
Daily safety, quality and storm water control and management to ensure zero incidents
Cost control and management of budgets
Participate in pre=construction and weekly meetings
Effectively obtain acceptance of improvements from agencies
Drafting or subcontractor bid packages and bid tabulation
Proactive management and coordination of the project’s development work

Must be able to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities, and have the ability to perform exceptionally under dynamic conditions and challenging deadlines
Ability to multi-task and efficiently problem-solve
Ability to maintain regular, punctual in person office attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
Proper sequencing of work to minimize overall durations, rework and conflicts
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Thoroughly understand plans and specifications
Strong understanding of the entire development process
Tactful, professional demeanor with ability to interact effectively with managers, team members, vendors, and others
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field
Communicate effectively verbally and in written form
Exceptional organizational skills
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly
Strengths in forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning
