Description

The Stocklister plays a central role in managing fabrication shop inventory, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting production workflows.

• Process stock lists and fabrication shop orders.
• Review and resolve errors in stock lists.
• Maintain the fabrication shop parts database.
• Update the FMS with job‑specific information.
• Convert stock lists into CRM orders.
• Transform design files into FAB files.
• Collaborate with suppliers, shippers, and vendors.
• Compile reports on production and inventory changes.
• Support inventory processing per company procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, possesses multiple years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. They exhibit strategic thinking, effective communication, organizational excellence, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while upholding company standards.

The position is primarily sedentary, requiring the employee to sit most of the time, with occasional walking, standing, and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds. It also demands adequate vision for close and distance work and routine use of a computer keyboard, telephone, and office equipment.
