- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining operational excellence and consistency across all phases of project execution.
- Lead complex bridge design projects across diverse geographic regions, ensuring full compliance with state, federal, and tribal standards.
- Own the role of Project Manager, driving bridge-focused initiatives from concept through completion with precision and accountability.
- Provide strategic leadership and technical direction on challenging bridge engineering issues, contributing to project success and industry advancement.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, aligning deliverables with client expectations and business goals.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering growth in structural engineering knowledge and nurturing the next generation of technical leaders.
- Serve as the bridge discipline lead on multidisciplinary projects, applying your specialized expertise to shape innovative solutions.

Professional Engineer registration is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. New Mexico is preferred.
- Proficient in CAD design software, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation
- Knowledge of NMDOT project development policies and procedures is a plus; any DOT experience is required.
- BS in civil engineering
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to effectively use these tools for planning, communication, and collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Proficient in common structural engineering software such as Midas Civil, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, LPile, LEAP Bridge Steel, and MathCAD.
- Familiar with timber and masonry design for bridges.
- Advanced understanding of seismic design principles and non-linear analysis techniques.
- 7-10 years of experience in the design of bridges and transportation-related structures.
- Ability to independently plan, schedule, and perform multiple projects/assignments.

The pay range for this position in New Mexico is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
