Role
What you would be doing
- Conduct regular site visits and assessments to validate quantities and monitor project progress.
- Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on project cost performance and variances.
- Review and analyze contractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and regulations related to construction costs.
