Provides consulting engineering services specializing in structural, MEP, and civil engineering.
Position Summary: As a Building Inspector you will be working to ensure that construction is progressing in compliance with the project specifications and performing structural and façade inspections to include CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, shoring/reshoring, post tension cable, precast/prestress members, light-gage metal studs, exterior window systems, roofing and waterproofing, stucco, and wood frame systems. This position requires a physical ability to navigate typical construction terrain, be capable of safely performing tasks while positioned on a swing stage, and climb ladders to access remote areas.
This position is classified as hourly, non-exempt. The hiring hourly rate for this role is $28-$31 per hour dependent upon experience and qualifications.
