Service Support Administrator

Description

• Responsibility for managing the supply of lubricating oil and removal of used oil and coolant from the Flexible Generation sites
• Providing holiday cover for Telford store coordinator when required
• Generating purchase orders for equipment/sub-contractors as requested, track parts deliveries with suppliers
• Assisting store coordinator with any part orders and returns, keeping all records up to date
• Arranging any hire equipment needed for Field Service Engineers to carry out task
• Supporting with organising accommodation for Field Service Engineers
• Assisting with planning on site works and co-ordination of Field Service Engineers
• Assisting the support desk with incoming telephone calls and email
• Creating service tickets and allocate to engineers as required
• Assisting store coordinator with incoming and outgoing goods
• Managing calibration records and arrange equipment testing
• Assisting the service support coordinator with engineers van stock takes
• Liaising with sub-contractors as requested and filing job reports in a timely manner
• Supporting and ensuring planned maintenance tasks are kept up to date

Requirements

• Excellent communicator and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
• The ability to plan and organise maintenance schedules and assign duties.
• Experience in delivering operational support in a fast moving and demanding operational environment.
