The Transactions Management Associate serves as the primary real-estate coordinator for the client, handling day-to‑day needs, executing transactions, and managing site coordination and administrative property-management tasks. The role involves negotiating deals, understanding client requirements, engaging brokers, and reporting transaction activity while building positive relationships that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include overseeing client relationship management, improving transaction processes, providing strategic sourcing input, and developing portfolio-optimisation plans. The associate will negotiate and manage transactions with brokers, legal teams, and stakeholders, conduct property tours, and handle lease administration tasks such as estoppel certificates, insurance requests, expense reviews, and dispute resolution. Additionally, the role requires creating financial reports, maintaining portfolio data, and supporting special projects as assigned.
The position requires an active real-estate salesperson license (or the ability to obtain one within six months), a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong knowledge of real-estate and lease terminology. Candidates must demonstrate robust negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, advanced MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Visa sponsorship is not offered; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with an expectation of three or more on-site days.
