Maintain pursuit databases, resumes, and project sheets.
Assist in data organization, SharePoint updates, and resource tracking.
Assist with proposal production, formatting, editing, and submission logistics for RFQs and RFPs.
Provide administrative assistance to the National Preconstruction Lead and team, including scheduling, meeting notes, and report preparation.
Support documentation tracking for estimates, design-assist deliverables, and pursuit handoffs.
Support proposal scheduling, coordination meetings, and document version control.

2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or marketing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
