Read, understand, and explain MEP drawings and schematics to site teams.
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
You will be the front-line leader for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on site. You will read drawings, brief and supervise tradesmen, solve site issues, and ensure installations meet approved drawings and authority standards.
Supervise and lead MEP tradesmen across HVAC, ducting, electrical, and plumbing works.
You are not office-based. You are expected to be on the ground, guiding teams and enforcing standards.
This is a site-first role. You are responsible for making sure work is done correctly, safely, and on programme.

Support inspections, snag closure, testing, and commissioning activities.
Demonstrate correct installation methods when required.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and workmanship.
Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards at all times.
Identify drawing or site issues early and escalate to the Engineer or Project Manager.
Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
Solid understanding of UAE authority requirements.
Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations.
5+ years UAE experience as an MEP Foreman or Senior MEP Supervisor.
Able to read and interpret MEP drawings confidently.
Firm, clear communicator. Can take control of site teams.
Strong hands-on experience in villas and high-rise buildings.
Proven ability to manage and control tradesmen on site.
