• Work on major civil infrastructure projects across New Zealand.
• Contribute to bid strategies to improve win rates.

Requirements

ConsultANZ is seeking a skilled Tender Writer for a leading civil construction company in New Zealand. In this role, you will prepare high-quality, compliant, and compelling tenders and proposals that help win infrastructure and construction projects. You will work closely with estimators, engineers, project managers, and senior leaders to gather information and deliver polished submissions on time.

• Understanding of NZ standard civil contracts (e.g., NZS 3910) and government procurement processes.
• Excellent written English and strong editing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience preparing tenders or proposals in New Zealand civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive written content.
