

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
You will develop and expand existing and new national accounts within a defined territory, providing market insights, sales strategies, and vision to drive growth. The role involves contacting and securing new business accounts, often with multiple site locations, and leading all aspects of assigned accounts—from opportunity identification and pre‑sales planning to deal execution and post‑sales support.
Achieve targeted sales growth and profit margins consistent with the national business plan while deepening account penetration through proactive engagement with facilities, loss prevention, IT, finance, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with the Sales Director to meet profitability goals, leverage internal resources such as Customer Monitoring Centers and Service Centers, and act as the central point of contact for customer needs.
A college degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of five years of commercial sales experience, including three years of major‑account sales in electronic security or a comparable sector. Candidates must demonstrate proven sales ability with high‑level corporate contacts, excellent oral and written communication, leadership, teamwork, and willingness to travel 25 % or more.
