- Assist with raw material movements, staging, and general inventory tasks as needed.
- Deliver prepared kits to the fitter group or designated work areas in line with the shop schedule.
- Ensure all parts are properly identified with marks or labels.
- Build kits by pulling and sorting parts according to Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Receive cut parts and verify counts, quality and accuracy against shop standards.
- Organize and stage parts into short-term or long-term storage based on the production schedule.
- Stay flexible with shifting priorities- returning parts as schedules change.

- Teamwork: the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others on a team.
- Able to interpret work instructions along with drawing packets, and plan tasks accordingly
- Must be able to work as part of a team and/or work independently

- High School diploma or GED and 12 years’ experience in Manufacturing or related field

- Building Collaborative Relationships: the ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside the organization who can provide information, assistance and support.
- Prior experience with order pulling
- Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks, a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English (read, write, and speak), a plus
- Intermediate experience with interpreting drawings and work orders
- Must have strong problemsolving skills and work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with plant operations personnel
- Skill in multitasking and managing multiple initiatives with changing priorities
- Ability to report for duty as scheduled (punctuality) and maintain good attendance
- Microsoft Office suite software Word; Excel
- Technical Expertise: the ability to demonstrate depth of knowledge and provide recommendations.
- Successfully pass a background check, including criminal history, drug screen, physical, audiogram, and vision test.
- Skill in demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write grammatically correct English
- ERP software experience preferred
- Ethical Practice: the ability to demonstrate conduct congruent with generally accepted moral principles, values, and professional guidelines.
- Communication: the ability to appropriately and effectively communicate. The ability to express clear and concise ideas.
