In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced project managers and senior leadership, contribute to high‑impact projects, and continue developing as a trusted advisor to our clients.

• Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and related due‑diligence activities.
• Apply technical expertise and sound judgment to solve environmental challenges.
• Produce high‑quality, accurate assessments and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate findings clearly through concise written and verbal reports.
• Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all work.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements: 3 or more years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and related due diligence activities; Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; strong critical thinking and technical writing skills. Preferred Qualifications: experience managing projects or leading small teams; familiarity with brownfields sites and redevelopment projects; experience working with real‑estate professionals on fast‑paced, quick‑turnaround transactions; experience with complex industrial or commercial properties.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Manage projects or lead small teams as needed (preferred).
• Work on brownfields redevelopment and fast‑paced real‑estate transactions (preferred).
• Handle complex industrial or commercial property assessments (preferred).
