Working mainly from the office with occasional travel to supplier sites, manufacturing facilities, and client locations, the role demands an experienced electrical engineer who can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, manage technical scope, ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and support risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage technical scope from sales hand‑over to project close‑out, including CDE review and stakeholder coordination.
- Align project technical requirements with customers and internal teams, mitigating risks and sharing lessons learned.
- Analyze drawings, interpret specifications, and define electrical requirements for low‑ to medium‑voltage systems.
- Coordinate with Eaton application, product, power system, Cx, and quality engineers as well as client stakeholders.
- Produce and control technical documentation such as single‑line diagrams, layouts, site methods, and Cx sequences.
- Monitor project documentation delivery schedules and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality assurance on electrical components, generate reports, and support root‑cause analysis of incidents.
- Occasionally operate on‑site at supplier facilities, manufacturing plants, or client construction sites.
